This attractive, pre-cast, modular, concrete design fits into any setting. The architecture of the unit features a built in hood and chimney, which efficiently assist in the removal of smoke from the cooking area.

Designed for quick, easy, and cost effective installation, the California is a natural compliment to our wood fired oven kits.   The California can be finished using plaster, brick veneer, tile, or cultured stones. Designed with coastal regions in mind, where the ravages of salt air destroy even the most robust metal barbeques in a few short years, the unit is built to withstand all outside temperature and weather conditions.

Like all of our concrete products, they are built to last for generations and are used with our conventional grill, the electric rotisserie grill or optional skewer roasting accessories. The California allows for either mechanical or manual rotisserie cooking accommodating up to 16 individual Skewers.
