Electric & Manual Rotisserie Inserts

Wildwood offers a full line of manual, and electric rotisserie units to be pared with the Texan and California Brazilian barbeque units. Meats turning on a rotisserie self baste, creating a truly mouth watering, succulent cut of meat.

Originally designed to fit our pre-cast California and Texan Brazilian Barbecues, our model 2005 and 2006 are adaptable to many other BBQ pits as well. In addition to the electric rotating system, there are four slots for manually placing skewers. Create authentic Brazilian Churrasco right at home!

Operation in simple. Just take the desired cut of meat, poultry, or sausage; place it on a skewer; place it on the machine; turn it on and walk away. It's that easy, these electric unit's do the work for you! The manual units are great as well because they allow for even cooking on all sides easily.
