The Roasting Pan

This pan is large enough to roast whole animals such as a suckling pig and small enough to fit through your oven door. Constructed of heavy duty stainless steel, it can withstand ultra-high temperatures of the wood fire oven allowing you to cook a variety of dishes. A roasting rack can be bought separately. Stainless Steel Oven Door

Optional oven door for those who prefer the look of stainless steel to our black steel oven door. We recommend this door to all oven owners installing their unit near the ocean, as the conditions can cause the black steel door to rust quickly. Constructed of solid stainless steel with a wooden handle.

Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Oven Door

This oven door is constructed of heavy duty, 14 gauge, 304 stainless steel. It can withstand severe coastal/humid climates and provides the most secure barrier from the hearth fire. Oven door has three vent holes and stainless handle.
