The wood used to manufacture the Origin products is Lyptus™,a hybrid of the eucalyptus tree, it is 100% renewable and environmentally friendly. Maintained under a strict quality control in all stages of production, Lyptus™ also receives a treatment against funguses, mold, and organisms which might damage the wood. This will guarantee these products have a long, usefull life.

Its touch, density, and unique color make Lyptus™ to be considered a noble wood nowadays. By using wood coming from renewable plantations, the Origin products contribute to the preservation of native rainforests, everyone's environment.

Microban™ - Advantages

The Origin products are treated with Microban™,which is constantly inhibiting the growth of funguses and bacteria on the wood's surface. This guarantees the consumer a safe product, free from microorganism contamination. In addition, the anti microbial protection facilitates the wood's maintenance and cleanliness.

Origin products are the innovation of the studio DG Design, and the designer Gértri Bodini, who was awarded in the following well-known contests of design:
