What sets us apart from our competition is our computer-aided modern oven design. Our ovens have a patented parabolic dome design that allows for rapid heating and low wood consumption. In addition, each piece of the dome is cast with interlocking edges to facilitate assembly and create a positive seal. Our ovens can be assembled in as little as half an hour.
